Got Blacklisted!!! What should I do?
When you are failed to get mortgage from bank although your salary is enough for get it. The reason might be have a history of default in payment or many people called “Get blacklisted”. Whether banks or anyone in the world, they don’t want to be risked by lending for people whom may delinquent a payment in future.
Got blacklisted is the thing that unable to solve, but you can build the new credit by you have to spend 3-5 years by do things as follow.
Repay the debt contact the bank which is your credit to compromise or clear the debt first to make stop the increasing of your debt. Many people are understood that when past 3 years, bank will not sue because lapse of the period of prescription and your credit information will disappear. It is the wrong understanding.
File debt clearance certificate when you’ve cleared all debts and you want to get mortgage from new bank, you must file debt clearance certificate with loan application form. If your debts are cleared it’s possible that bank approve.
Starts over Build the new good credit by repay all debts punctually. Your good credit will replace your previous bad credit. If you can do it, your credit will be clean again.
