4. Phaya Thai station : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 130,000 Baht/sq.m.
5. Ari staion : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 120,000 Baht/sq.m.
6. Phra Khanong station : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 120,000 Baht/sq.m.
7. Surasak station : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 110,000 Baht/sq.m.
8. Krung Thon Buri station : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 100,000 Baht/sq.m.
9. On Nut station : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 90,000 Baht/sq.m.
10. Nana station : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 85,000 Baht/sq.m.
11. Wongwian Yai station : Pre-owned condominiums median selling price 78,000 Baht/sq.m.
