In the construction of a house, other than taking benefits and beauty into consideration, you also have to consider the durability, too. The thing that attaches parts to be a house is the house structure, which is designed to match with the topography and climate of Thailand. We tend to use the building form with an old system such as laying bricks, carrying the cement, casting the pillar, etc. because we might not know that there are many other forms of house structure that are also interesting.             Pre-cast beams and pillars structure system this is the system that splits concrete component into pieces of pillars, beams, and concrete floors before attaching them together with screws. It’s suitable for constructing buildings with the same pattern in a large number. The advantage of this type of construction is quick and can control quality of material because each piece is made at a factory. However, it also has the disadvantage of wasting time for preparation due to production planning. It’s not worth it if there will only be a small amount of construction.             Bearing wall structure system this is to make bearing walls and pre-cast floors in pieces prior to construction. Then wrap an instant concrete plate as a binder. This is most suitable for construction or building that is designed in the same pattern in large amounts. Its advantage is that it’s quick and possible to control the quality of material that is produced from the factory and reduce the cost of wall plastering almost completely, because the material is designed to have surface that ready to use and can reduce the loss of material because all pieces are made from factory. The disadvantage is the cost for casting the material, including the cost of transportation from the factory, which is fairly high. It is not worth it if there is a small amount of construction, and it takes a long time for preparation, and sometimes has issues with leaks in the seams, and all rooms must have the same plan to design the construction easily.             Poured in formwork-bearing wall and instant floor structure system this is pouring concrete into a wooden formwork as the wall between rooms. Floor is the type of hollow core or pre-cast floor. Its advantage is quick because casting from a wooden formwork can be disassembled and moved easily. General contractors can do it but there is a need to have the time to prepare the wooden formwork and wall. The finished buildings will have more strength and be able to withstand earthquakes. The disadvantages of the bearing wall system are that it doesn’t have any variety, because it must be designed in each room in the same form, and one cannot drill during the process if there’s no preparation before, and must construct in large amounts at once to reduce the cost of the wooden formwork and shop-drawing making.             Casting by Tunnel form structure system this resembles the poured-in formwork system. Make the wooden formwork for cast the wall but use tunnel wood. its advantage is that it’s quick because the woods are designed to install and detach easily, the procedure is not complicated, general contractors can do it, and building walls will be strong and be able to withstand earthquakes. However, its disadvantages are the same as the poured-in formwork-bearing wall and instant floor structure system.
