Moreover, it is the most complete transportation both railways, BTS, MRT and BRT including toll way, port that make this area is the most perfect business district.

          Silom – Sathorn location : Bang Rak district, Sathorn district

          Sukhumvit – Chid lom – Ekamai location: Pathum wan district, Watthana district, Khlong Toei district.

           When consider by area, you will found that pre-owned condominiums in Silom – Sathorn location have the highest sale price in CBD. Most have the sales price about 6 – 15 million baht (about 90,000 – 150,000 baht/sqm) and most size of room is about 40 – 100 sqm. But if you want cheap pre-owned condominium in CBD lower than 40,000 baht/sqm, you can find it in Rama 3 but it will be old building more than 20 years.

          Room size in this zone has from size of 27 sqm to 400+ sqm by price is different according to size and location. The room that its price is lower than 3 million baht still remaining in Rama 3 such as P.S.T. City Home, Lumpini Place. Its price is about 35,000 – 50,000 baht/sqm.

          For those who interest to rent condominium in CBD for housing, Rent rate is about 20,000 – 50,000 Baht/month (about 400 – 600 baht/sqm/month). Lower rent still remaining in Rama 3 and old project more than 10 years in Silom – Sukhumvit such as Diamond Tower Silom, Richmond Palace, Ari Place (Sukhumvit 26).
