Townhouse in this area, most is 4 storey, 3 storey and 2 storey respectively, median usage space is about 294 sq.m. and median land size is about 27 sq.wa.
Urban the median price range is about 2,875,000 - 9,250,000 Baht, rent is about 12,000 - 13,000 Baht/month. Townhouses in this area are three storey (46%) and two storey (40%), usage space is about 197 sq.m. and land size is about 24 sq.wa.

And according to the graph, found that most pre-owned townhouse are crowded in Outer Ring Road (East,West) area, has the middle price about 2,300,000 Baht. Outer Ring Road is the horizontal housing zone that being popular and have a price lower than CDB and Urban. Finally is Suburban, the lowest price housing zone that has middle price only 1,490,000 Baht.
