  •  Sukhumvit – Wattana area, the median sell price was 15 – 60 MB, the median rent was 55,000 – 150,000 Baht/month, the median land size was 70-220 Sq.wa and median usage space was 250 – 400 Sqm.
  • Rama III – Yan Nawa area,  the median sell price was 10 – 27 MB, the median rent was 25,000 – 140,000 Baht/month, the median land size was 50 – 110 Sq.wa and median usage space was 220 – 450 Sqm.
Anyway, The actual trading situation in the market may have the pre-owned real estate with size and price or leasing per month more or less than the average price shown in this report. So, it depends on factors and homeowners’ need.
