Frasers Property showcase at SX2024, highlights real estate concept of “Creating Better Living for a Sustainable Future”
Frasers Property has lined up a comprehensive sustainability showcase at “Sustainability Expo 2024 (SX2024),” the largest sustainability exhibition in ASEAN. The group will share knowledge, trends, and real estate solutions aimed at enhancing the quality of life under the concept “Creating Better Living for a Sustainable Future” at the Better Community Zone, Hall 4, Ground Floor, from 27 September to 6 October 2024, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
Frasers Property is committed to sustainable real estate development across various dimensions and business sectors, including commercial & business parks, hospitality, industrial & logistics, residential and retail asset classes. The group has set out a goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050. Three key highlights include:
1.Highlighting Frasers Property’s Group ESG Goals – The Group’s approach to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) is embedded in its overall business strategy, enhancing the Group’s ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics and regulatory changes, and effectively identify and manage long-term risks and opportunities. Its efforts include increasing renewable energy capacity on its properties, using platforms for climate risk assessment and management, targeting new project development and upgrading existing properties to meet green building standards, and ensuring suppliers follow responsible procurement policies. Frasers Property is developing new real estate solutions and driving sustainability efforts with a clear focus on achieving its targets.
2. Showcasing Outstanding Projects – Operating in over 20 countries worldwide, Frasers Property has undertaken various projects across asset classes, united by a common Purpose – Inspiring experiences, creating places for good. The event will feature eight landmark projects from Thailand and internationally that demonstrate excellence in functionality, design, and sustainability. These projects are aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents, building users, and surrounding communities.
3. Discovering a New Way of Living with One Bangkok – Set to become “The Heart of Bangkok,” a district created to hold a place in people’s heart, One Bangkok has a vision to be people-centric, focused on the sustainable well-being of people. The project is equipped with innovative and intelligent technologies to ensure the well-being of all in every aspect. It recently became the first project in Thailand to achieve the LEED Platinum certification for Neighborhood Development, WiredScore, and SmartScore with an aim to achieve WELL Building Standard certification to further demonstrate its commitment to enhance the quality of life, comfort, and safety of our residents and occupants.
As a highlight of the exhibition, One Bangkok visualises a “Better Quality of Life in One Bangkok” illustrating how it enhances the overall quality of life of people in all dimensions through a stunning 360-degree Projection Mapping Theatre.

“Adapting the residential business to meet the needs of consumers with sustainable way” – Frasers Property Thailand executives, SCG Smart Living Business leaders, and academics from Kasetsart University will explore the role of real estate developers in creating housing solutions that meet sustainability trends and consumer demands. They will also discuss collaborations on projects that reduce environmental impact, taking place on Thursday, 3 October 2024 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at SX Talk Stage.
