According to graphs mentioned, it showed that city area-condominiums price in February 2012 increasing higher from June 2004 about 4% per year or from 68,896 Baht/Sqm to 90,817 Baht/Sqm. The zone that has the highest increasing is at the end of Sukhumvit – Srinakarin that its price increase from 28,662 Baht/Sqm to 63,000 Baht/Sqm up to 11% as a result of building the extension of BTS
And in the zone that has the increasing similarly is Ratchada – Lat Phrao – Phayathai where has price increasing up to 10%/year and condominium sales up to 3,156 units in a year past that show about residence requirement that very high in this area.
And zone Narathiwas ratchanakarin – Rama 3 that isn’t close to skytrain has price increasing not so much as two previous areas.
Although the price in golden location is increasing mortifyingly, investors are still ready to invest in this location because they see good chance and have the confidence that they can make more profit absolutely due to price that tend to increase indefinitely whereas pre-owned condominiums in the city area also be interested because the price are lower about 10% - 20% and located in good location.
