Q : Advance Search

A : The TerraBKK search system is designed for searching for any type of properties, such as detached homes, condominiums, townhouses, land for sale and rent in any price and any area around Bangkok. It helps users more easily find a property they desire with the classification of 3 categories :

• general information, such as the number of bedrooms, home size or usable area and land size
• property type, such as detached house, condominium, land, townhouse, shophouse, or apartment, which can be filtered by the Owner or Agent
• and Valuable Home, such as best location home, best price home and worthy home. In order to increase search functionality.

We have added the “advanced search” function to make it easier for users to find their desired results. This detailed search format allows the use of keywords to help filter out unwanted results. Consequently, it will be a simple matter for users to find the property that meets their requirements, shortening the time necessary for searches.

Basic Search

1. Choose area, post type, price range and property type.
2. Click on “search”, and the system will process and bring you to the search results page.
3. Results will be displayed in 2. Pictures, basic information and price information will be displayed on the left sidebar, while the total number of results will be displayed on the map in the form of numbered pins. After clicking on any of the numbered pins, the map will zoom in on the specific property, and a pop-up will display basic information about it. If the user wants to know more details on the property, clicking on the basic details window will bring them to a view of even more information.

Advance Search

1. Click on the Advanced Search button, and a pop-up will appear, allowing users to enter keywords to further hone their search.
2. Define land size, usage area, number of bedroom, or proximity to public transit, such as the BTS or MRT.
3. Click on “Search”, and the system will process and bring you to the search result page, which displays results in the same format as with the basic search function.
