we’ll be reviewing a new condominium project located near Sathorn and directly connected to the BTS.
This project is called Quintara MHy’DEN Pho Nimit by Eastern Star. It’s the only high-rise condominium adjacent to Pho Nimit BTS Station. The starting price here is quite attractive at 1.99 million baht for a studio unit, which comes fully furnished (note that other unit types are sold as fully fitted).
